Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 48 hours.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material that was removed (or to which access was disabled) is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, to post and use the material, you may send a counter-notice containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address; a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Fastvideosave.app may be found; and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

If a counter-notice is received by our Copyright Agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party informing them that the removed material may be replaced or access restored in 10 business days.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

False Claims

Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
